Purpose

To show the structure and workflow of a quote in the Modular Solutions platform, from starting a new quote through to issuing the policy and generating documents.

Overview

The quote to issue workflow runs in three phases. The quote is built through a sequence of question screens, then either issued straight through or referred, and finally the policy is issued and the document set is generated. The path a quote takes depends on whether it needs a referral.

Building the Quote

Starting from Start Quote (Add New Client), the quote moves through these screens in order:

1. Insured Questions
2. Product / Application Questions and Claims History
3. Select Risk Groups, Risk Address and Questions
4. Risk and Coverages
5. Risks and Coverages Questions Required for Quote
6. Rates
7. Coverage and Quote Summary

At the Quote Stage

Once the quote is created, three routes are available:

Final Review and Issuance

From Advance Quote to Issuance / Submit for Auto-Referral, the quote moves through the Final Review screens:

1. Accept Referral Feature
2. Missing Required Questions for Issuance
3. Policy Subscription
4. Payment Information
5. Finance Agreement and Application Generated

The quote then reaches Issue Policy / Refer Policy.
