Releases for Sprint - 25B
Finance Module
- Added a "Partial Reconcile" action within A/R reconciliation, allowing users to apply custom partial amounts to specific transaction items, track partially reconciled amounts, and ensure proper handling of journal entries.
Claims Module
-
The claims worklist will now sort by default using the Last Updated column.
-
The claims worklist will now have columns for Outstanding and Paid amounts.
Intelligence Module
- Updated report logic to reference the Accounting Date from the Journal Entry as the deposited reconciliation date instead of the Payment Date.
Policy Module
- When overriding premium the rate input field will be the only field to allow decimals.
Product Module
- Ability to hide Coverage or Risks from the Coverage box in all documents (Application, Dec Page, Quote Proposal, and Proof of Insurance). Designers might want this ability if they need a risk or coverage to appear for reporting purposes but not show it on the documents. If you require this feature in your Product please submit a Change Request Support ticket with details.
- The new Application for Insurance can now be expanded using a custom box in the product design to add additional information and move it within the layout
- Within the user interface design the step description is now linked to the progress bar and side bar.
- New Combination View has been added as an option for the user interface related to risks and coverages on a policy. The view is most useful for broker and customer facing products that do not have a need for questions at the risk level or where those questions can be promoted to a risk group level, as it consolidates the collection of information on risk and coverages to one page in the process. See the product designer guide for more information.
Gateway Module, Policy Module & Product Module
- A new component is available to add operators to a product. This will allow for additional information to be collected for named insureds who are operators or to add additional operators who are not named insureds. This component will allow for management of the operators list at the policy level for functions such as edit or remove. This is not the association of those operators to their risk or risk group or the information on that association.
Gateway Module, Gateway+ & Policy Module
- We’ve enhanced the Payment Page by adding a "View Full Policy Details" link that redirects to the Summary Page.
Gateway Module & Policy Module
- Improved document rendering for AFI(Application for Insurance) & PFA(Premium Finance Agreement) modals in the user interface by removing the footer from the middle of pages, ensuring the date-time stamp appears only at the bottom for a cleaner and more professional layout.
- Customer profiles have been removed as a standalone section and are now accessible via the "View all customer profiles" link within the Customer Profile Panel. This provides more room for the work list on the customer view.
- Several user interface enhancements have been made throughout the application to improve the user experience. This includes navigation and visualization improvements as well as increased space dedicated to the customer worklist, attachments, activities and notes.
Admin Module, Finance Module, Gateway Module, Gateway+, Policy Module & Product Module
- Sales tax is now applied based on the policy term start date instead of the transaction effective date. This ensures tax rates remain consistent throughout the policy term, preventing midterm tax recalculations if a new rate was onboarded.
