Releases for Sprint - 25D
Admin Module, Finance Module & Claims Module
- We’ve introduced a new Claim Fee tab in the billing onboarding template that enables users to create journal entries for claim fees based on the "status" of a claim (ie: Closed, Opened, Reopened etc). Please submit a ticket to our support channel if you would like to update your onboarding sheet.
Admin Module, Gateway Module & Gateway+
- We've added new branding configuration options for both Gateway and Gateway+, including logo, brand color, footer (left and right), and tagline fields—all manageable through the onboarding spreadsheet.
- You can now also customize the portal name (e.g., renaming "Gateway" to "My Portal") for a fully branded experience across the UI.
- These enhancements make it easier to tailor the look and feel of each portal environment to your organization's identity. Please submit a support ticket if you would like to update your onboarding sheets.
