N - Modular Solutions Release Notes 26N

Here are the release notes for sprint 26N, released on November 4, 2026. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

Claims Module

Adjust Claim Fees Before They're Charged

When changing a claim's status, adjusters can now review the fees that will be charged and change or remove them before confirming. Each change is saved with its own reason, so you always have a clear record of why a fee was different. Only that claim is affected, and your standard fee setup stays the same. To get started, go to your Admin Module and give the fee override permission to the roles that need it, or contact your Customer Success Manager.

Generate First Notice of Loss Documents in One Click

You can now create a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) document right from a claim with a single click. The document is saved automatically to the claim's attachments, so it's ready to review or share without any extra steps. You'll see a confirmation when it's done, along with a clear message if anything goes wrong. Contact your Customer Success Manager to have this document configured in your system.

Policy Module

Keep Every Customer Conversation on the Record

You can now email the people on a policy and keep the whole conversation on the record. Replies from their own inbox come back into the same thread showing only what they wrote, with attachments kept alongside. Delivery status tells you whether each message arrived and, if not, why, and a mail icon in the header shows when replies are waiting. Your administrator controls who can read and send.

Correct a Quote's Broker in a Few Clicks

Underwriters can now change the broker on a quote straight from the Work List, without asking Support. Choose a brokerage, broker code and office, and the quote updates right away, including its advanced version. If the new broker isn't valid for the quote, you'll see a clear reason and nothing is changed.

Gateway Module & Policy Module

A Redesigned Quote Summary

The quote summary menu has been redesigned to make reviewing a quote easier. The policy total now appears in a clear summary header, and each risk group is shown as its own card with its premium, fees, coverages and limits laid out in a way that is easy to scan. The new layout works well on smaller screens such as phones and tablets. All the same quote information continues to display. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.

Liability Cards Now Show the Policy's Lead Insurer

The auto liability card (pink card) now shows the name and address of the lead insurer for the policy's liability coverage, based on the insurers assigned to that policy. No changes are required on your end.

Clearer Review of Repeated Answers

When you review an application, answers to questions that repeat for several items, such as multiple prior losses, now appear grouped by item so you can check each one at a glance. Only required answers that are truly missing are flagged, so you can confirm and continue without interruption. Editing an answer takes you straight to that item's field. No changes required on your end.

Repeatable Questions Now Display as Cards

Repeatable questions on an application now display as cards, with every answer visible on the page at once. You no longer need to scroll sideways or open each entry to review what has been entered, and longer answers wrap neatly instead of being cut off. Entries are clearly numbered, so similar entries are easy to tell apart. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.

Open and Close Cards with One Click

You can now click anywhere on a card's header to open or close it on the Additional Interests, Associations and Repeatable Question Groups screens. This makes reviewing details quicker and matches how risk cards already work. The edit and remove buttons on each card work just as before. No changes required on your end.

Coverages and Risks Now Display as Cards

Coverages and risks now display as clear, scannable cards with the limit, deductible, and available actions right in view, on the coverage details step and on risk group pages alike. A status label shows at a glance whether an item is added, included, or declined. Empty notes stay collapsed until you need them, and limits and deductibles now read consistently across the quote summary. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.

Clearer Expand All and Collapse All Controls

Expand All and Collapse All now appear as clearly labelled buttons, with the same look and placement. On the Review step, a button greys out when there's nothing left for it to do, and any sections you collapse stay collapsed when the page refreshes. Button labels also appear in your selected language. No changes required on your end.

Finance Module

Catch Accounting Issues Before You Submit

Preview now checks your summary entry against Business Central and QuickBooks before it is created, so you can see exactly what would be refused and why. If something needs attention, you'll see a clear message with the details, and you can fix it and preview again, with nothing created in the meantime. This helps make sure every summary entry you submit is ready to post. If you don't use these integrations, nothing changes for you.

Find Journal Entries by Member Code or Account Name

You can now search the General Journal by member or broker code and by account name, in addition to the account number, policy number and memo. Search accepts part of a code or name in any case, and results match the language you are using. Your date filters continue to apply. No changes are required on your end.

Receivables Now Land in the Right Period

Receivables are now recorded using the date the deposit was received, so they appear in the period you'd expect. This brings receivables in line with how payments already work, and your trial balance reports reflect the change for newly reconciled items going forward. Previously recorded entries are not affected. No changes are required on your end.

Product Module

Enter Deductibles Directly, as an Amount or a Percentage

You can now type a deductible directly, either as a dollar amount or as a percentage of the loss, instead of choosing from a long list. Set steps (like every $500 or every 2.5%) and minimum and maximum limits keep entries accurate, and users see a clear message if a value isn't allowed. Existing deductible setups work as before, with no changes required on your end

A Cleaner Product Module

The Product module now has a cleaner, easier-to-read layout, with related items grouped under their parent and full details shown when you hover over shortened text. You can now add an optional reason beside each blocking date, so your team always knows why a date is in place, and new help text explains how the document locale settings work. Voiding is also smoother: the product or risk group stays open, so you can void several versions in a row. This update applies to the refreshed product configuration interface only. These improvements are available automatically, with no changes required on your end.

Product Module, Gateway Module & Policy Module

Run Sanction Checks Before You Quote

Sanction checks can now run as soon as the insured's details are entered, before a quote is created. If there's a match, you'll know right away, so no time goes into quoting a submission you can't write. Sanction checks only run again when a named insured is added or changed. Your current setup continues to work as it does today.

Admin Module & Product Module

More Control Over Who Can Reorder Risk Groups

You now have more control over reordering risk groups on a policy. A dedicated permission decides who can change the order, and you can turn the option on or off for each product, separately for your internal team and your brokers. To keep using reordering, make sure the right users have the new permission enabled by enabling it in your Admin Module, or contact your Customer Success Manager.

Admin Module, Intelligence Module & Product Module

Choose and Reorder Your List Columns

You can now choose which columns each list shows in the Product, Intelligence and Admin modules, and drag them into the order that suits your work. Your column layout is saved to your profile, so lists open the way you left them, on any computer you sign in from. Each person's layout is their own, so the changes you make don't affect anyone else on your team. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.

All Modules

A Refreshed Module Switcher

Moving between modules is now easier with a refreshed switcher that matches the look of your user menu. Each module appears with its own icon and colour, and the module you're in is clearly marked. No changes required on your end
