M - Modular Solutions Release Notes 26M
Here are the release notes for sprint 26M, released on October 14, 2026. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
Claims Module
See claim fees right from the claim
If you have Claims Fees set up in your system, you can now see the fees linked to a claim right from the claim. A new fees tab in the claim's Finance section, next to Receivables, shows each claim's fees in one place.
This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Policy Module
Ingested documents saved to the policy
Documents that are successfully ingested are now automatically added to the policy's Attachments, so underwriters can view the original submission documents directly from the policy.
Search the Ingestion Review Panel
The Ingestion Review panel now includes a search box. Type a question, field name or value to quickly filter the list of mapped fields. Sections with no matches are hidden, matching sections open automatically, and a count shows how many fields match. Clearing the search brings back the full list exactly as you left it.
Rewrite an Issued Policy to New Dates
You can now move an issued policy to new dates in one step with the new Rewrite action, which is ideal when an event is rescheduled. The policy keeps its policy number and is rebuilt for the new dates, and a reversal document is created automatically. Any difference in premium, whether extra owed or a refund, is processed automatically in the next payment cycle.
This enhancement requires your team to activate the permission(s) within the admin module.
Finance Module
Clearer Details on Payment Processing Errors
When a payment doesn't go through, you can now see the specific response code and description behind it, instead of just a generic error message. This makes it easier to understand what happened and what to do next.
No changes are required on your end.
Gateway Module & Policy Module
Quote Number Link Opens the Issued Policy
On the Submissions list and submission details, the Quote # link now opens the issued policy once a quote has been advanced and issued, instead of the older quoted version. Issued policies open in read-only view. Quotes that have not been issued yet open as before. This works the same in both the Policy Module and the broker Gateway.
Streamlined Entry for People & Parties on a Risk
We've brought the same streamlined layout to the people and parties you attach to a risk, such as operators on an automobile. At the risk group level they're now entered inline, right where you're working. At the risk level they open in a dedicated view so the details stay organized and easy to complete. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Claims Module & Finance Module
Claim Reserves that Always Match Payments
Claim reserves and payments now update your financial records exactly once, so the reserve balance in your accounts matches what is outstanding on each claim. Approving a payment no longer changes your reserve figures. They adjust when the payment is paid. Every entry also keeps a clear trail back to the activity that created it, which makes reviews and audits simpler. No changes are required on your end.
Product Module
Preview the Refreshed Product Module
We’re previewing a refreshed Product module experience. You’ll now see a banner at the top of the Product module inviting you to try the new layout, with a redesigned welcome screen and clearer navigation that match the rest of the updated experience. Your choice stays in place until you switch back using the classic layout link, and everything works exactly as it does today. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Choose When Work in Progress Closes Automatically
You can now choose which date is used to automatically close inactive work in progress: the last updated date, the effective date, or the date it was created. This gives you more control over when stale items close, including freeing up capacity once a policy's effective date has passed. Your current setup keeps working the same way, so no changes are required on your end unless you want to adjust your settings. This can be done in the Product Module, under Product Configurations.
Intelligence Module
Preview the Refreshed Intelligence Module
We’re previewing a refreshed Intelligence module experience. You’ll now see a banner at the top of the Intelligence module inviting you to try the new layout, with redesigned screens and clearer navigation that match the rest of the updated experience. Your choice stays in place until you switch back using the classic layout link, and everything works exactly as it does today. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Admin Module
Preview the Refreshed Admin Module
We're previewing a refreshed Admin experience. You'll now see a banner at the top of the Admin Module inviting you to try the new layout. Switching takes you to redesigned Permissions and Employee Setup screens with clearer navigation and quicker filtering. Your choice stays in place until you switch back using the classic layout link, and everything works exactly as it does today. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Gateway Module, Policy Module & Product Module
Customize Quote Message Headers by Role
You can now customize the header text shown above each group of quote messages (validation, referral, restriction, lockout and error messages) by role, in both English and French. You can also hide a whole group of messages for certain roles, so each user only sees what matters to them. Existing products stay exactly as they are until you update them. This enhancement requires a product designer to update your product, please submit a change request support ticket if you would like to implement.
Product Module, Admin Module, Intelligence Module & Reinsurance Module
A Fresh Look for the Product, Admin, Intelligence and Reinsurance Modules
The Product, Admin, Intelligence and Reinsurance Modules have a fresh, cleaner look. Each module now shows its own logo at the top of the screen, making it easier to tell which one you're working in, with a simpler left-hand menu and a softer gradient background. The "Collapse navigation" option now sits at the bottom of the menu. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
