L - Modular Solutions Release Notes 26L
Here are the release notes for sprint 26L, released on September 23, 2026. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.
Gateway Module & Policy Module
Improved User Interface
Applicants can now review everything they've entered — all their answers, grouped by section — on a single screen before moving forward, with a quick way to jump back and make a change if something's wrong. Coverage limits and pricing details stay on the quote summary, where they belong. This step is optional and can be turned on per product, so no changes are required on your end unless you'd like your product designer to add it. Submit a support ticket change request.
Risk Group Selection Screen Improvement
We've streamlined the risk group selection screen to match the same clean, card-based experience used elsewhere in your quoting flow. This update is fully backwards compatible, so nothing changes for your existing setup
Clearer Navigation
We've separated the actions that move you through a quote from the ones that apply only to the step you're on. Step actions such as Add Another and Add New now sit with that step's content, so it's clearer what to do next. Navigation buttons such as Back, Save & Exit, Continue, and Calculate appear in the same place at the bottom of every page. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Card Layout for Information
Claims History, Operators, Suspensions, and Convictions now display information using a clean, consistent card layout, making it easier to scan and review at a glance. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Start Page Sidebar
Before a quote or policy number is generated, the sidebar on the start page now shows the product name, so you always know what you're working on. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Additional Interest Layout
We've redesigned the additional interest’s layout to make entering them faster and easier. At the policy level, additional interests are now entered inline, right where you're working. At the risk and coverage level, they open in a dedicated view, so the details stay organized and easy to complete. This enhancement is automatically released for everyone.
Claims Module & Reinsurance Module
Salvage Information Flows Automatically
When a salvage item on a claim is marked as sold or unsold, that information now flows automatically into Reinsurance. Reinsurance keeps a running salvage total for each contract section and coverage group, and sale amounts are tracked separately from payments. This keeps your reinsurance recoveries accurate as salvage is recovered. This enhancement is happening automatically in your system; no action is required on your part..
Product Module & Policy Module
Automated WIP Closure
You can now have work-in-progress (WIP) items close automatically once they haven't been updated for a set number of days, so stale items no longer need to be cleaned up by hand. You choose whether to turn this on for each product and how many days an item can sit before it closes. Users who have permission to manage WIP items can reopen any item that was closed this way. This feature is off by default. This setting can be updated by your team within the Product Module in Product Configuration.
Gateway Module & Intelligence Module
Quote Abandoned Report
A new Quote Abandoned report is now available for Gateway+, giving you visibility into leads that started but didn't complete a quote. It includes client contact details, product and property information, quote status, drop-off point, and quoted premium, and can be exported for use in your downstream marketing and follow-up workflows.
All Modules
Header Navigation
Your name and avatar now appear in the header, with a menu for your account actions — change your password (if you have one) and sign out — all in one place. No changes required on your end.
Breadcrumb Navigation
We've laid the groundwork for a consistent breadcrumb-style trail (for example, “Policy Module / Overview”) that will appear across redesigned screens, making it easier to see where you are and navigate back. No changes required on your end — you'll see this appear as screens are updated
