Here are the release notes for sprint 26K, released on September 3, 2026. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team.

Gateway Module & Intelligence Module

Quote Abandoned Report

A new Quote Abandoned report is now available for Gateway+, giving you visibility into leads that started but didn't complete a quote. It includes client contact details, product and property information, quote status, drop-off point, and quoted premium, and can be exported for use in your downstream marketing and follow-up workflows.

A Cleaner, More Mobile-Friendly Quote Navigation

We've redesigned how you move through a quote on both mobile and desktop. On mobile, the step navigation now tucks into a compact bar that expands into a full view only when you need it — giving you more room to focus on the questions in front of you. On desktop, the step icons have a refreshed look to match our updated design. No changes are required on your end.

Gateway Module & Policy Module

A New Guided Start Quote Experience

Starting a quote is now a simple, step-by-step experience — choosing a category, line of business, and product one screen at a time, with a progress indicator showing where you are along the way. The steps you see adjust automatically based on what's available to you, so you'll only be asked the questions that apply. No changes are required on your end.

Search Results Show Policy Numbers for Policies Underwritten By Another Party

When a policy is underwritten by another party, search results now show that party's policy number, so you can find the policy by the number you actually work with. You can also search by any alternate policy number recorded on a policy, including numbers from earlier terms, changes, and renewals.

Reorder Risk Groups on Quote

You can now put the risk groups on a quote in the order that makes sense to you — open Reorder Risk Groups and drag them into place. Your chosen order carries through the quote, including generated documents and risk group lists. The primary risk group always stays at the top.

Claims Module & Reinsurance Module

Per-Occurrence & Aggregate Claim Limit Tracking
If you participate in a self-insured retention program, you can now capture your per-occurrence and aggregate claim limits directly on your reinsurance contracts, and set claim limits independently of your policy limits. As claim payments are made, they're automatically tallied against those limits by contract, section, and coverage group — so you can see how close you are to your retention at any time.

Reinsurance Module & Policy Module

Reinsurance Capacity Includes Quotes & In-Progress Renewals

Reinsurance capacity now accounts for quoted versions and in-progress renewals, not just issued policies, giving you an earlier and more accurate picture of what capacity remains. Capacity is automatically released when a quote is issued, discarded, or its work in progress is closed, so totals stay current without manual cleanup.

Finance Module

Reconcile Reinsurer Recoveries in a Single Pass

When a reinsurer sends a payment covering many claims, you can now settle every recovery it covers in one go rather than opening each claim individually. Select the recoveries the payment covers and watch the running total build as you go, so you can confirm it matches the cheque before you deposit. Short payments are handled: apply what was received and the balance stays outstanding for you to collect later. Each claim is marked paid on the deposit date you choose, and a deposit can be voided if a payment is returned.

Admin Fees Included Into Financial Reporting

Admin fees payable to brokerages and reinsurers now flow into financial reporting alongside existing commission and premium transactions, tagged by fee type and traceable back to the source fee for reconciliation. Note: fees created through a manual adjustment are not yet included — that's tracked as follow-up work.

A More Flexible Payables Reconciliation Grid
Payables reconciliation now offers the same enhanced grid as receivables: choose which columns to display, sort and search across them, control how many rows appear per page, and remove rows individually rather than all at once. Excel exports include the full set of columns regardless of what is shown on screen.

Summary Entries Split by Brokerage & Reinsurer

Receivable and payable summary entries sent to your accounting system can now be split out by individual brokerage and reinsurer instead of arriving as a single combined amount. Each deposit you receive can be matched directly to its own line, removing the manual breakdown. This is optional — leave it off and entries arrive exactly as they do today.

More Visibility When Reconciling by Parent Code

You can now see the broker office associated with each parent code directly in the selection list, making it easier to pick the right code the first time. A new brokerage filter lets you narrow the list to a single brokerage when you're working with a large number of codes. Parent codes are now included in your results even when no activity has been recorded against them, giving you a complete view. No changes are required on your end — the filter is optional and everything works as it did before until you choose to use it.

More Flexibility in How Claim Payments Post to Your Books

You can now reduce outstanding claim liability directly through claim payments, giving you more control over how claims activity is reflected in your accounts. This makes it easier to keep loss and reserve balances clearly separated and to match your bookkeeping to the way your finance team already works. Existing bookkeeping continues to work exactly as before, so no changes are required on your end unless you want to take advantage of the new option.

A Cleaner, More Consistent Accounts Payable Reconciliation Screen

We've tidied up the accounts payable reconciliation screen so the actions you use most are easier to find. Options to reconcile, reset, or clear all entries at once are now grouped together in a single menu at the top of the table, leaving the screen header clean and focused. Accounts payable now works the same way as accounts receivable, so both screens feel familiar as you move between them. Everything behaves exactly as it did before, and no changes are required on your end.

Gateway Module

Filter Work-in-Progress by Source

You can now filter your work in progress by source in Gateway, making it easy to see which items came in through Gateway and which came through Gateway Plus. Gateway Plus items can also be assigned to Gateway users.

Intelligence Module

Commission Rates Display Full Decimal Precision
Commission rates now display with their full decimal precision on broker statements and invoicing reports, so detailed rates appear exactly as entered rather than being shortened. Currency amounts continue to display to two decimal places, as expected.

Policy Module

French Currency Formatting on French-Language Documents

French-language documents now display dollar amounts using French currency formatting, with the dollar sign after the amount (for example, 1 500 $). This applies across all products and document templates. English documents are unchanged.

Additional Interests Proof of Insurance

You can now request a Proof of Insurance for specific additional interests directly from the certificates screen. A separate document is generated for each interest selected, showing only that additional interest.

Reinsurance Module

Start & End Date for Reinsurance Contracts

Reinsurance contracts can now be given a start and an end date, so each policy is matched to the contract that was in effect when its term began. Quotes still in progress automatically pick up the current contract when they are issued, and every coverage moves together — so a single policy is never split across two contracts. Policies that have already been issued stay exactly as they are, on the contract they were underwritten with. No changes are required on your end.

Stakeholder Module

View & Change Grouping of Broker Statements from Brokerage Records
You can now view and change how a brokerage's statements are grouped directly from the brokerage record. Choose whether a brokerage receives a single combined statement, separate statements by parent broker code, or a statement for each broker office — and see exactly how many statements each choice produces before you confirm. Corrections that previously required a brokerage to be set up again can now be made in a few clicks. No changes are required on your end; existing brokerages keep their current setup.
