Here are the release notes for 26G released on June 10, 2026. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to customer support.

Admin Module

Onboarding Email Address Conflicts

Employee onboarding has been improved to handle email address conflicts more reliably — whether you're adding a single employee or uploading a batch file. When adding an employee individually, you'll now receive a clear, specific message if a conflict is detected, explaining exactly what needs to be resolved before continuing. During a bulk upload, conflicting rows are automatically skipped so the rest of your file is still processed successfully. No changes are required on your end.

Claims Module

Transaction Date for Rejected Payments

The Payment Summary screen now displays a date in the Transaction Date column for any payment that has been rejected, so you can see exactly when each payment was actioned. This gives you a clearer, more consistent view across all your payments at a glance. Rejected Dates are also shown in the Approvals screen. No changes are required on your end.

Finance Module

Brokerage-Level Journal Entries for Overpayments

Finance users can now create brokerage-level journal entries to move overpayments out of accounts receivable and into the appropriate offsetting account — without affecting the bank balance. When creating the entry, you can freely select any applicable account for each line, giving you the flexibility to use whichever accounts fit your chart of accounts, whether that’s Commission Revenue, Premium Revenue, or another account entirely. Once submitted, the overpayment credit on the reconciliation is cleared automatically. No changes are required on your end to access this feature.

Push Vendor & Claim Payments Directly to QuickBooks

QuickBooks Online users can now push vendor and claim payments directly from Modular to QuickBooks, making it easy to queue and print cheques without any manual re-entry. This applies to invoicing, marking payments as paid, and voiding — across both Finance and Claims Modules. No changes are required on your end. This feature activates only for tenants set up to use QuickBooks.

Simplified Invoice Action for QuickBooks

The invoice action has also been simplified for QuickBooks Online: GL accounts are now applied automatically based on your configured setup, so you no longer need to select them manually each time. No changes are required on your end. This feature activates only for tenants set up to use QuickBooks.

QuickBooks Policy Refunds

Policy refunds can now be automatically sent to QuickBooks Online when they are created, approved for payment, or voided — eliminating the need for manual data entry in QuickBooks. When a refund is ready for payment, a Refund Receipt is created in QuickBooks and flagged for printing so your team can generate the refund cheque directly from there. Voids in Modular are also reflected in QuickBooks automatically. This feature is available to tenants with QuickBooks integration enabled; please contact your implementation team to confirm your setup is configured to take advantage of this workflow.

Policy Module

Customer Consent Details Visible on Underwriting Screen

In the Policy Module, users can now see customer consent details directly on the Underwriting screen, including both the Application consent and the Premium Finance Agreement consent, along with how each was given (for example, On File, Verbal, or Email). This supports cleaner file audits and gives a more complete picture of everything that took place during the quote.

Stakeholder Module

Ability to Search for Attachments

You can now quickly find attachments (expanded view only) on a Stakeholder Brokerage record using a combination of filters and keyword search. Filter by date range, Broker Code, or Broker Office, or simply type a keyword to search across all attachment names and comments — regardless of how many pages of records exist. Filters can be used together for more precise results, and clearing them returns the full list instantly. No changes are required on your end to access this functionality.

Customize Columns in Attachment View

You can now customize which columns appear in your Attachments view and arrange them in the order that works best for you. Simply use the menu in the grid header to open the column configuration panel, make your selections, and save. Your preferences are remembered each time you log in, so your view is always set up the way you like it. No changes are required on your end to continue using Attachments as before.

Intelligence Module

Broker Summary Tab Enhanced Visual

The visual in Broker Summary tab within the Broker Report has been enhanced to support additional drill-down capabilities for Effective Date, Named Insured, and Policy Number. The existing default report view has been retained to ensure a consistent user experience. The visual now displays in the following hierarchy:

  • Brokerage

  • Broker Office

  • Broker Office Code

  • Effective Date

  • Named Insured

  • Policy Number

Users can navigate through the hierarchy using the standard Power BI Drill Down and Drill Up controls.

Valet Finance

Declined Payment Workflow Updated

Modular has been enhanced so that declined payments for eligible Valet-financed policies now follow the same standard workflow as other applicable policies: when a payment is declined, Modular captures the decline details, records a policy activity for visibility, and—where configured decline thresholds are met—can trigger the same automated follow-up processes used for repeated declined payments, including registered-letter and cancellation handling. This update improves consistency, transparency, and automated servicing for Valet financed policies across the platform. Valet Financing will be be responsible for re-onboarding their declined threshold file.
