Releases for Sprint - 25A
Finance Module
- A/R Reconciliation (In Progress – Edit Mode): An existing overpayment credit from a broker’s account can now be applied to a policy during A/R reconciliation. Credits previously recorded in the broker’s A/R account can be selected and applied to one or more policies, ensuring excess payments are accurately allocated. The credit can only be applied to policies within the same broker code and broker office combination. This update enhances accuracy in policy balances and improves efficiency during the reconciliation process.
-
A/R Reconciliation:
-
(1) Added two new columns to the Deposited tab list page: i) Reconciled Amount, ii) Overpayment Amount on the Deposited tab list page.
-
(2) Added three new fields to the Deposited tab (review mode): Deposited Amount, Overpayment Amount, and Deposit Date.
-
(3) Updated PDF and Excel exports on the Deposited tab to include the three new fields for improved accuracy and consistency.
-
(4) Added page numbers to all PDF exports across the In Progress, Completed, and Deposited tabs for easier navigation.
-
- A/P Reconciliation:
- A new “Payment Paid” date field has been added to the Paid tab in review mode, matching the payment date shown in the list view. The field is now included in both Export to Excel and Export to PDF outputs for consistency.
- Page numbers have also been added to exported PDF reports across all three tabs: In Progress, Completed, and Paid. Each page now displays its number in the format “Page x of y” in the footer. This update ensures accurate alignment between on-screen data and exported reports. It enhances audit readiness by ensuring payment date of visibility across all reconciliation records.
- These updates enhance financial transparency, streamline reconciliation, and make exported reports more reliable and easier to review.
Gateway Module, Policy Module & Product Module
-
Dynamic questions are now available on the Insured Individual and Insured Business component; Questions and responses can be shown in the UI and on documents. See the product reference guide for more information.
-
The Risk Selection View now displays risks grouped by category, with each category shown as a header in the list for easier navigation and organization. A new dropdown has been added to allow users to select and filter risks by category. If some risks lack a category, they will appear under a “No Category” option. This update improves clarity when managing and selecting risks across multiple categories. This functionality works only on the RiskSelectionView.
Gateway Module & Policy Module
-
Resolved an issue where selecting a $0 deductible in the Deductible List would not persist if a default deductible was set in the Risk Group User Interface. Users can now select and retain the $0 option even when a default value is configured.
-
When syncing policy changes and cancellations between a current term and a future dated renewal, when a renewal work item is open, the system will add an activity noting that the change or cancellation was not synced. This is because the work item could contain more than one policy version each with a different stage, and if any of those stages are quoted or advanced, the quote could have already been emailed or communicated.
Policy Module & Product Module
-
This enhancement in the Product module adds four new configuration settings that let users control when PFA consent is required. The new toggles include Consent on Payment Day Change, Consent on Payment Method Change, Consent on Payment Plan Change, Consent on Add Money Down. These settings allow users to decide which payment actions should trigger PFA consent, ensuring compliance is applied only where necessary. This provides a more flexible and efficient payment workflow, reducing unnecessary consent prompts while keeping processes accurate and consistent.
Product Module
- Referrals will now be marked as accepted when a policy version is issued, including when issued by the renewal job that automatically issues renewals overnight. Note, only referrals that do not apply to the logged in user can be accepted. Therefore, product designers can set up their rules to refer the SYSTEM on RenewalCreate if they would like a specific referral to be reviewed on renewal and not be accepted.
-
A new OverrideReasonOptional setting in Risk Group definitions makes override reasons optional for Coverage, Image, Risk Group, and Transaction Premium. See the product reference guide for more information or contact support if more information is required.
Stakeholder Module
-
The Stakeholder module now includes two new fields for both Brokerage and Broker Office records, available in both Add and Edit modes:
-
(1) Key Enhancement: Print Email on Documents Flag a New Print Email on Documents flag lets users choose whether the brokerage or broker office email address appears on generated documents. When enabled, the email displays on the Quote Proposal, Proof of Insurance, and Application for Insurance. When disabled, it is omitted. This gives teams more flexibility to manage email visibility across different offices and ensure consistency in how documents are presented.
-
(2) New optional field named "Website URL" for both Add and Edit modes. It allows users to store the brokerage or office website for reference and communication purposes.
