Releases for Sprint - 25K

Admin Module, Gateway Module & Stakeholder Module

  • Fixed an issue where the reset multi-factor authentication (MFA) button was disabled for employees even when the users had the correct "Can Update Employees" permission.
  • Added confirmation modals for activating, inactivating, and resetting MFA on employees to provide clearer feedback.
  • Users can now reset their own MFA (if they have the required permission), but they cannot inactivate their own account for security reasons.

Claims Module, Gateway Module & Policy Module

  • A claim activity can now be added while in the claim reporting screen in the Policy and Gateway Modules to allow for notes and attachments on reported claims. These activities are saved as claims activities for sorting and filtering and are automatically attached to the claim for the claims team to review. The "CLAIMNOTE" activity code will be added as part of this release but can be onboarded to modify that activity's configuration. Users will require claims activity permissions to add this activity in Policy and Gateway Modules.

Finance Module

  • We've improved reconciliation to include agency fee adjustments. You can now reconcile, partially reconcile, and void these transactions with the same ease as other fee types.

Finance Module & Policy Module

  • Merging duplicate parties will also merge their associated payors and payment methods, ensuring consistency across records. Access to the merge functionality within the Policy Module requires specific permissions.
    • Administrators can enable this by navigating to: Admin -> Module Permissions -> Policy Module Group -> PolicyMergeParty - Can merge a party to another party.
    • In order to merge customers, navigate to the "Manage Customer Profiles" section and select the "Merge Customers" button.

Gateway Module

  • Gateway Module users can now managed worklist items initiated in the Gateway Module without discarding them first, unless they are in "Referred" status. This reduces unnecessary steps while preserving referral workflows.

Product Module

  • A system for generic reference data tables that can be loaded via excel (similar to postal code zones) and accessed by the rules engine during rule evaluation. This will make rule development more efficient for product designers. See the product guide for more details.
