Releases for Sprint - 25I
Claims Module
- Configurable claims numbers can now include the product short-name in the numbering
Claims Module, Finance Module, Gateway Module, Gateway+, Policy Module & Stakeholder Module
- The "Assign To" field in the add and edit activity forms is now also restricted based on user permissions. Users without the specific "module" Assign Activity can assign an activity permission, will see the field greyed out, preventing unauthorized assignment of activities.
Claims Module, Gateway Module & Policy Module
- If risk numbers are displayed for a risk group, based on the product design, the risk numbers will now also be included in a drop down list where a risk is being selected.
- When adding contacts as part of reporting claims in Gateway or Policy, the contacts are now integrated into the related parties contacts in the Claims Module.
Finance Module, Gateway Module & Policy Module
- A new "Premium Finance Agreement" (PFA) is now automatically generated without a pre-filled signature to ensure customers can review and sign updated agreements that reflect the latest financing details, if desired. The attachment and activity generated will also indicate the word "Unsigned." This will occur whenever the following actions are taken:
- Change payment plan
- Change payment method
- Change preferred payment day
- Add money down
- Undo money down amount
Gateway Module & Policy Module
- Resolved an issue where changing the risk group type during an in-progress change on an issued policy did not trigger a water peril evaluation. The system now correctly re-runs the water peril rules and the "Water Peril Level" is set accordingly (e.g., "Unknown" if no limits apply).
- Risk number can now be added to a risk group user interface so that they appear in the quoting process for that risk group.
Intelligence Module
- Added two new fields to the tabular visual in the "Work in Progress" tab of the WIP report: "WIP Created Time" and "WIP Status Effective Time." Both the date fields and the time fields are displayed in UTC time zone.
Product Module
- Product designers can now add rules that restrict roles or role groups from accessing policy versions using open, copy quote, or start new quote. This will also restrict them from performing policy actions such as change, cancel, reinstate, renew, reverse.
