Admin Module

• We’ve added a footer to the Home module page to help users stay informed and get help when needed. The footer now includes:

  • A link to Modular Solutions Announcements

  • A link to the Modular Solutions  Support Desk for logging in and submitting support requests

 

Admin Module & Gateway Module

• Further to our prior implementation of a new configurable tab in Gateway that can point to an external website and display the connected materials.  A new Method column has been added to our onboarding sheet to control how the URL is accessed.  We can easily set the method to GET to load public URLs without SSO.  Using POST for token-based SSO login is not yet fully supported and will require future development.If you are interested in implementing your Gateway module to show a new tab that will point to an external website using the GET method, please submit a regular support ticket. To request the POST functionality, please submit a Change Request through our support channel.

 

Finance Module

• We’ve enhanced the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Reconciliation module to support future-dated deposit entries. Users can now specify a deposit date(within the calendar) that is later than the current system date.

 

Claims Module

• When an event is selected, there is a new event detail tab with information on associated claims, their status and an interactive map.
• Events are now on their own tab, rather than a modal, where they can be viewed and edited.

 

Claims Module, Gateway Module & Policy Module

• Claims tracking is being expanded to include the concept of At Fault for auto claims.

 

Gateway Module & Policy Module

• The claim form in Gateway and Policy is being expanded to include the risk group, risk and related parties when reporting claims.

 

Gateway Module, Gateway+ & Policy Module

• A new DocumentPrimaryColor property has been added under ThemeSettings(Settings onboarding sheet) to allow customization of the primary color used specifically in documents. If this setting is included, documents will use the specified DocumentPrimaryColor; otherwise, they will default to the general PrimaryColor. This provides more flexibility in applying distinct branding styles for documents. The Help icon will always be a static blue colour.  To update your onboarding file, please submit a Change Request through our support channel.

 

Intelligence Module

• Created a new report called Production Report, which is available in the Sales section of the Intelligence module. Some of the data points in this report include:
  *In-force metrics such as policy count as well as written premium, earned premium, brokerage commission & TIV by product type
  *Total policy count broker up by written premium, ceded premium, direct premium, earned premium, brokerage commission & TIV
  *Month over month comparison for written premium, earned premium and policy counts
  *This visual compares premiums and policy counts per month between the current and previous year

 

Product Module

• Product Designers can now configure the alignment, font size/weight, and width of the Icon card render type for Risk Groups. If your organization does not have an in-house Product Designer to implement this configuration, please submit a change request support ticket.
• Several enhancements have been made for the declaration page and quote proposal, including resizing the signature, removing the requirement for the insurer to be listed as the signor, adjusting the spacing for discounts and surcharges, fine tuning the alignment in columns and removing the broker phone number from the footer.
• Replacing and/or legacy policy numbers can now be configured to show on documents.
