Releases for Sprint - 25E

Admin Module, Finance Module & Claims Module

  • Claim Recovery Transactions are now reflected in bookkeeping rules, supporting the addition and/or updating of recovery and recovery payment transactions. If you would like to utilize the new functionality, please submit a support ticket for assistance with updating your onboarding sheet to include these bookkeeping rules.
  • Claim Payment Transactions are now supported within the bookkeeping rules. Journal entries can be generated when a claim payment is issued and/or reversed if the payment is unpaid — ensuring accurate and consistent financial records.  If you would like to utilize the new functionality, please submit a support ticket for assistance with updating your onboarding sheet to include these bookkeeping rules.

Admin Module & Gateway Module

  • When a broker logs in through Gateway, the Broker Contact field can now be configured to default to the logged-in user on: Start New Quote, Copy Quote, Start Quote tab, Request Details, and the Quote Summary Page. If you’d like this enabled, please submit a support ticket to have your onboarding sheet updated.

Admin Module, Gateway Module & Policy Module

  • We’ve introduced a configurable feature that ensures the Broker Contact field is required across key quoting actions to improve data integrity and broker tracking.  A new configuration row has been added to the “Settings” tab in the onboarding file:
    • FieldSettings | BrokerContactRequired | TRUE or FALSE.
    • Please submit a support ticket if you would like us to enable on your onboarding file.
    • When this value is set to TRUE, it enforces the requirement of adding Broker Contact in the following areas across the platform:  *  +Add New → Request Details screen  *  Quote Wizard → Start Quote tab  *  Start New Quote  *  Copy Quote  *  Funnel → Quote Summary Page if using Declaration view  *  Including the Copy button in this view
  • A new column has been added to the Onboarding Settings tab to allow configurable alignment of logos and taglines. Supported values are left, center, and right, with validation in place—original defaults will apply if column left blank. Note: right alignment is only permitted in G+(Customer Portal) and is not available in Policy and Gateway due to interface constraints (Search box & Logged in User Name being in that area).  Please submit a Support ticket if you would like to update the placement of logos or taglines.

Finance Module, Gateway Module & Policy Module

  • We’ve enhanced the Broker Details tab on issued policies to display the broker contact name with a dropdown for email and phone (highlight /copy/paste supported). To minimize scrolling, the Office field now also includes a dropdown showing the email, phone, and address(highlight/copy/past supported). These updates make it easier for users to quickly access key broker contact info without navigating away to Employee section.

Claims Module

  • Claims configuration can now be loaded using a spreadsheet like product designer.

Gateway Module, Gateway+, Policy Module & Product Module

  • Logos will now automatically resize appropriately within defined boundaries, ensuring surrounding elements maintain consistent height.

Gateway Module, Product Module & Policy Module

  • Additional rows are now available in newest print definition that allows configuration of the Broker Information that appears on the Declaration Page, Proof of Insurance, Quote Proposal and Application for Insurance.  Refer to the Product Guide or contact our Support team if there is Broker information you wish to hide from any of these documents.

Product Module

  • The Proof of Insurance has been added to the new Print Definition. It can be used to replicate the Proof of Insurance from the Print tab of the Product Definition and enable in the Print Settings of the Print definition for additional customization, see the Product Guide for more information(if you build your own products).
  • Print Format options are now available for Product Designers to determine the format a number prints in response to the answer to a question (commas, currency, decimals etc) on documents and the Quote Summary.  Refer to the Product Guide for more information(if you build your own products).
  • A question view UI element has been added for the convictions component, see the Product Guide for more information.
  • Product designers can now add suspensions to their products, see the product guide for more information
  • When using the Operator Component product designers can now configure option lists for certifications and medical conditions that will apply to each operator.
  • Product designers can now select questions that use the multi-dropdown in the UI to print on documents. See the product guide for more information.
